My six-month-old had been sleeping well in her crib since she was 4 weeks. Then the 4-month regression hit and she would only sleep naps in my arms and nights in our bed. We tried letting her cry it out a bit but the will to keep at it long was waving.

The first night 55 minutes to sleep. The first nap 40 minutes to sleep. By the second night sleep 10 min to sleep and by nap times the next day 5-10 minutes and she slept on her own.
