Her Heart Was Racing

Her Heart Was Racing

The day after my daughter was born, we found out she had a heart condition called SVT, WPW. We spent 4 days in the NICU before we were sent home.

While I was pregnant and before even knowing my daughter had this condition, we had decided to purchase the Owlet baby monitor.

One night, I went to put the Owlet on her before bed, just like I had been doing. The Owlet immediately notified me and I read on the app her heart rate was 264 bpm. I called my daughter’s cardiologist and she instructed us to get to the ER.

I am very, very thankful for this monitor. I would have never known her heart was racing.
