Smart Sock + Connected Care = Sleep Progression

Smart Sock + Connected Care = Sleep Progression

Henley is now 3 months old and while many families hit sleep regression around this time we have been experiencing “sleep progression!” Using the Owlet Smart Sock in conjunction with the Connected Care App, we have been able to track his quality and duration of sleep to improve our nightly routine.

One of the biggest adjustments parents make during this stage to their infants sleep routine is transitioning from swaddled sleeping. It's hard to know when to make this adjustment but using the sleep data from the Connected Care App, we were able to track Henley’s sleep patterns and make adjustments accordingly. The Connected Care App helped us to seamlessly transition our little guy into his new sleep habit.

The Owlet Smart Sock has improved our sleep from the very first day. Whether it was from having the security of tracking his heart rate and oxygen levels from day one to tracking his sleep patterns in week twelve. The Smart Sock has been the best addition to our nightly routine.

Bonus: The Connected Care App is super easy to use and free! I highly recommend the Owlet Smart Sock to all parents.
