When will my Smart Sock 2 stop working?
There will be no interruption to your use of Smart Sock 2 through the end of 2024.
Beginning in August 2024, new users will not be able to register a Smart Sock 2 in the Owlet Care App, and by early 2025, the Owlet Care App will no longer support Smart Sock 2 for any user. We know you love your Smart Sock 2. This change is to ensure that our customers have the best product experience with the latest FDA-cleared technology.
What is the difference between Smart Sock 2 and Dream Sock?
Dream Sock® is an FDA-cleared smart baby monitor and is intended for healthy babies between 1-18 months and 6-30 lbs. Dream Sock includes new Live Health Readings and Health Notifications. Smart Sock was taken off the market in the US and Canada in 2021.
How do I upgrade to Dream Sock if I have Smart Sock 2?
