How will I receive the gift card (email, physical mail, instant download)?
Gift cards are delivered instantly by email to the address entered at checkout — no physical card or download required. Please note that only one email address can be entered at checkout, so the purchase confirmation and gift card delivery will be sent to the same email address. To send the gift card directly to the recipient, enter their email address at checkout.
Can I schedule the gift card to be delivered on a specific date?
Not currently. The gift card is sent immediately after purchase. If timing matters, like for a baby shower or due date, we'd suggest placing your order a day or two before you want it to arrive.
Can I buy multiple gift cards at once (bulk purchase)?
Yes! Just increase the quantity in your cart before checking out. All gift cards will be sent to the email address entered at checkout.
What denominations/amounts are available? Can I choose a custom amount?

How does the recipient redeem the gift card?

Yes! Any remaining balance is automatically saved on the card for future orders.

Multiple gift cards can be applied to one order, and typically one promo code as well.

Can the gift card be reloaded with more funds?
Not currently. The gift card value is fixed at the time of purchase.
Is it linked to an account, or can it be used as a guest?
No account is required. You can redeem your gift card during checkout.

Gift cards are final sale and non-refundable.
What happens if the gift card is lost, stolen, or the code is compromised?

It can be freely shared with someone else, though there's no official resale program. Since the code works like cash, keep it secure until it's redeemed.

Can I send it directly to the recipient's email, or only to myself?
Gift cards are sent to the email address entered at checkout. Enter the recipient’s email to send it directly to them, or enter your own email to receive it yourself and forward it later.
Can I use a gift card to split payment between multiple cards?
Yes! If you'd like to split your payment between an FSA/HSA card, credit card, or debit card, you can purchase an e-gift card first using your preferred payment method for the amount you'd like to apply toward your order. Then, apply the gift card at checkout and pay the remaining balance with another card.
For example, if your order total is $200 and you'd like to split the payment between your FSA/HSA card and credit card, purchase a $100 e-gift card using your FSA/HSA card first. Then, apply the gift card to your order and pay the remaining $100 with your credit card.
Please note that checkout currently allows only one payment card per order.
