(the "Sponsor"), begins at 9:00 AM Mountain Time on May 2nd, 2025 and ends at 11:59 PM Mountain Time on May 3rd, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). The Sweepstakes is open only to legal U.S. residents, who have reached the age of majority in their state at the time of entry. The seedlings are intended for families who have experienced the loss of a child. Limit one (1) direct entry per person. For each Sweepstake Period, up to 250 (two-hundred and fifty) drawing winners will receive a free Nursery of Hope Tree Seedling valued at approximately $10 (“Prize”). Total approximate retail value of all prizes is $2,500 (“Prize”). Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries while supplies last.
