How to Support Families Affected by the Floods in Central Texas

Our hearts go out to all those impacted by the devastating floods in Central Texas and other parts of the country. At Owlet, we stand with every baby and every parent. In this moment, our hearts are especially with those enduring the unimaginable grief of losing a child.

Here are some ways we plan to help these families and other ways you can get involved, too.

Owlet’s Replacement Promise

Families that have lost their Owlet products due to natural disasters may receive replacements through our Owlet Cares program.

If your Owlet device was lost or damaged, please reach out to our Customer Service team at (844) 334-5330 or [email protected] for support.

Nursery of Hope

To honor little ones who are gone but never forgotten, we’re planting seeds of remembrance through our Nursery of Hope.

If your family experienced the loss of a child during the Texas floods, you can request a free seedling to plant in their memory. We know this small gesture can’t ease your pain but we hope it offers a quiet moment of healing and connection.

Please complete this form to receive your free seedling.*
